Latest off the drawing board  ...  I've been working at this one for the past few months, off and on, in between other artistic endeavours.  It was 'finished' about a month ago, but my usual process is to 'set aside' newly finished works, to take another look at them a little later.  This one has gone through that process, and I've completed my adjustments based on the 'fresh eyes' approach.  In this case I deepened the contrasts between the snow patches and shadows on the tree itself,  cooled the background a little more to make it truly recede, and warmed the foreground to move the eye forward.  Now that I'm satisfied with this 'makeover',  I'm calling it Completed, with a capital C.
